FollowPro is an AI-powered follow-up message generator designed for service professionals. The app generates suggested messages based on information you provide about a customer, job, or situation. You are responsible for reviewing any message before sending it.
FollowPro is a paid subscription service. We offer four monthly plans: Pro ($19/month), Team ($49/month), Business ($99/month), and Enterprise ($199/month). All plans are billed monthly and automatically renew unless you cancel. A valid payment card is required to start any subscription.
Each plan includes a 7-day free trial. You must provide a payment card to start the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your card will be charged the monthly plan price and billing will continue on a recurring basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@followproapp.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access until that date. We do not provide partial-month refunds.
We generally do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@followproapp.com within 14 days of the charge and we will review your request.
Messages generated by FollowPro are suggestions only. You must review every message for accuracy, appropriateness, and compliance with your own business practices before sending it to a customer. FollowPro is not responsible for the content of messages you choose to send.
You agree not to use FollowPro for any unlawful purpose, to generate harassing, discriminatory, or defamatory content, or to attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or engage in conduct that harms the service or other users. You may also delete your account at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FollowPro and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of FollowPro. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in San Diego County, California, United States.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
